About Enlightened Recovery Detox

At Enlightened Recovery Detox (formerly ES Detox), we provide a full continuum of care, from medical detox to residential program, focused on healing the whole person. Our approach combines top-tier medical and clinical care with 12-step principles and holistic therapies. Each treatment plan is personalized to meet individual needs.

Our Holistic and Personalized Approach

Healing from addiction begins with the body, but it doesn’t stop there. We understand that lasting recovery comes from treating the whole person: body, mind, and spirit. Therefore, our care model balances medical detox, including medication-assisted treatment (MAT) when appropriate, with a wide range of holistic services. Clients are supported through practices like yoga, meditation, nutritional therapy, expressive arts, and music.

Group therapy also plays a vital role in our process. These sessions offer clients space to share, connect, and witness the power of community. When people are surrounded by others who truly understand what they’re going through, healing feels more possible and more personal.

Every individual has their own story and their own strengths. By customizing each care plan, we help each person take that first step into recovery with a foundation that feels grounded, supported, and sustainable.

Our Commitment To Our Clients

From the first phone call to a lifetime of support, we pride ourselves on cultivating a community of recovery resources for all whose lives have been touched by addiction. By encouraging independence, stability, spiritual rejuvenation, and various holistic offerings, the Enlightened Recovery family is proud to embody what it truly means to be a recovery community.

WHAT WE TREAT

Continuum of Care

At Enlightened Recovery Detox, we offer a seamless, supportive continuum of care focused on alcohol and drug detoxification and residential treatment. Our programs are designed to meet individuals where they are in their recovery journey and provide the stability needed to begin healing.

Medical Detox Program

Our medically supervised detox program ensures a safe and comfortable withdrawal process from drugs or alcohol. With 24/7 medical care and a compassionate staff, we help clients manage withdrawal symptoms and begin the recovery process in a secure, supportive environment.

Residential Program

Following detox, clients may transition into our residential program, where they receive round-the-clock care in a structured and healing environment. This program focuses on stabilizing individuals physically and emotionally, while integrating therapeutic and holistic approaches that lay the groundwork for long-term recovery.

Community Partnerships and Extended Care

As part of our mission to support long-term recovery, we work closely with The Hansen Foundation to provide extended care options rooted in community, connection, and life-skills development.

Programs like Serenity Houses and Serenity Estates offer sober living environments that reinforce healthy habits and personal growth. Meanwhile, Hope Farm, another initiative of The Hansen Foundation, connects clients with nature through therapeutic farm work, animal interaction, and nutritional education. These programs reflect our belief that recovery continues well beyond detox. With the right support and environment, people can thrive.
